About this site

Overview, features and application details

The SSS employer account on My.SSS is where Philippine employers manage their SSS obligations online: checking contributions, generating Payment Reference Numbers, submitting collection lists and updating employer records.

If you run a business in the Philippines, your SSS work happens in the employer side of My.SSS, the online portal of the Social Security System at sss.gov.ph. The employer login is separate from the member login, and it is where your company handles contributions and reports for your employees.

What you can do in the employer account

Once you are signed in, you can check your employees' contribution status, generate and print Payment Reference Numbers (PRNs) for the contributions you are about to pay, submit your collection lists, review loan repayments you remit for employees, and update your employer details. It replaces a lot of branch visits, especially the monthly PRN routine.

Getting your employer account

Your business first needs to be registered with SSS as an employer. That registration gives you your Employer Number (ER Number), using forms such as the Employer Registration Form (R-1) and Employment Report (R-1A) together with your business registration papers. With the ER Number, go to sss.gov.ph, choose Login to My.SSS, pick the create-account option and register as an Employer. Verify your email and activate the account before your first login.

Logging in

Open sss.gov.ph, click Login to My.SSS, and sign in with your employer User ID and password. From the dashboard you can move between contribution inquiries, PRN generation and your other employer transactions. Always log out when you finish, especially on a shared office computer.

Common problems

The forgot-password option on the login page sends reset instructions to your registered email. Repeated wrong attempts can lock the account; when that happens, use the reset first, then contact SSS through the official channels on sss.gov.ph if the lock stays. Keep your registered email current — most employer login problems trace back to an email nobody in the office can open anymore.

Our SSS employer login and PRN guide covers the screens step by step.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need before I can open an SSS employer account?
